With a deep-rooted passion for architecture and construction, Behrang Amini has built a remarkable career over the past decade. His journey began in 2010 when he joined Gardenia Homes as a site supervisor, where he played a pivotal role in the development of Breeze Residence, Gardenia’s first townhouse project—a 44-unit complex located in Burke Mountain, Coquitlam.

Building on this experience, Behrang took on the role of site manager for Gardenia’s next ambitious project: the construction of 42 spec RS7 and RS8 single-family homes. By 2015, his expertise and readiness led him to oversee the construction of Erica, a 15-unit luxury townhouse development, and the challenging 36-unit Whisper Homes project as Gardenia Homes’ construction project manager.

In 2017, after successfully completing both townhouse projects, Behrang took on a new challenge with the Partington II projects. He managed the construction of 19 large RS9 single-family homes, which were completed and occupied in 2021.

In 2022, Behrang founded Rodcon Construction, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career. Since then, Rodcon has successfully completed three single-family homes in Coquitlam and North Vancouver, with another single-family home currently under construction in Paisley, North Vancouver. Additionally, Rodcon is working on a land subdivision development in Maple Ridge and a land consolidation townhouse development project in Glenaire Dr , North Vancouver.

Behrang’s dedication to construction excellence is deeply influenced by his background. Coming from a family of architects, he earned his master’s degree in architecture back in 2008. Today, He combines his architectural knowledge and extensive construction management experience to deliver high-quality residential projects that stand the test of time
